Refund and Cancellation Policy of New Age Marketing

1.     Introduction

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations of services provided by New Age Marketing (Pty) Ltd.

2.     Refund Policy

2.1.                    Availability of Services

In cases where services become unavailable after payment has been made, New Age Marketing will issue a full refund within 30 days.

2.2.                    Right of Withdrawal

Clients have the right to withdraw from a contract within 3 days of payment without giving any reason.

2.3.                    Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, clients must send an unequivocal statement of their decision to withdraw by email within the 3 days.

2.4.                    Refund on Withdrawal

If a client withdraws from a contract, New Age Marketing will reimburse all payments received, minus a 30% administration fee. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than 30 days from the notice of withdrawal.

2.5.                    Proportionate Refund

If services commence during the withdrawal period, clients must pay for the services and products provided until the notice of withdrawal.

3.     Cancellation Policy

3.1.                    Notice of Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel their service agreement must inform New Age Marketing via email.

3.2.                    Cancellation Period

Services can be cancelled within a specified period outlined in the individual service agreement.

3.3.                    Processing of Cancellation

Upon receipt of a cancellation request, New Age Marketing will process the cancellation as per the terms agreed upon in the service agreement.

4.     Exceptions

4.1.                    Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable per the service agreement’s specific terms. Clients will be informed if this applies to their case.

4.2.                    Legal Exceptions

Some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw may exist, and in such cases, certain items or services cannot be returned or exchanged.

5.     Modification of Policy

New Age Marketing reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
